Perched nearly 1,800 feet above Ukiah Valley, Eaglepoint Ranch spans 1,300 acres of ridgelines, heritage vineyards, and historic California terrain. Once part of the Hildreth Ranch and later revitalized by vintner and chocolatier John Scharffenberger, the estate today blends organic vineyards, licensed cannabis, olive orchards, and vast recreational land. Our film, narrated through the eyes of owner Roland Wentzel, conveyed both its history and its possibility, a place where stewardship meets freedom. By capturing its scale, legacy, and multifaceted potential, the film positioned Eaglepoint as more than land, it’s a canvas for creation and a responsibility to carry forward.
The Lucido family built their forever home on Foxen Canyon with a vision of creating a place where family could gather, celebrate, and grow together. Anchored by a 4,500-square-foot custom ranch and small-batch vineyard, the estate was designed as a living legacy, a compound for weddings, meals, and shared moments. Our film highlighted Jerry Lucido’s journey and the family’s intent, inviting buyers to imagine themselves carrying forward the same purpose: a place where land, wine, and family weave into one enduring fabric. By capturing that essence, the film positioned the property as more than acreage, but instead as a story worth inheriting.
Perched above the Pacific with a front-row view of Vandenberg’s launch pads, Space Ranch is a 425-acre estate and nearly 9,000-square-foot home that connects earth and cosmos in one extraordinary vantage point. Our film told the story of Cheryll and George Bedford, who first felt the hum of rockets through the land before building their custom home, and invited buyers to see the ranch as both legacy and frontier. The strategy worked and the exact buyer we targeted was captured, kept the name Space Ranch, and is now carrying its vision forward under the Ag Enterprise Ordinance, adding unique experiences like mushroom hunting for the revered chanterelles that thrive on the property.
